CARNITINE-MAGNESIUM COMPLEX
The combination of L-carnitine and magnesium helps prevent muscle pain and cramps and also increases the capacity for effort during competitions. It is recommended to administer it a few weeks before the start of the first training sessions, in the spring!
Usage and dosage:
During the competition phase it is recommended 2-4 times a week with 10-20 ml CMK per liter of water. In the last two days before the competition CMK should be combined in the drinkers, together with CarboPower.
